Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship to customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada.
Once your order is confirmed, it will take 1-2 business days to process, regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do not offer same-day shipping, and Saturday delivery cannot be guaranteed. Please allow up to 2 business days for processing (for example, if you place an order on Monday, your package will likely be shipped on Tuesday or Wednesday). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking confirmation to be sent. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.
If incorrect or incomplete shipping details are provided, or if there are any discrepancies in your order, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days. To avoid delays, we recommend reviewing all shipping and billing details carefully before completing your purchase.
Package Delivery
Your package may or may not require a signature upon delivery. Most shipments are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the specified address. However, the delivery driver will determine whether it is safe to leave the package unattended. If deemed unsafe, your parcel may be held at a local post office or rescheduled for another delivery attempt. We recommend using a shipping address where someone will be available to receive the package, such as a workplace or a trusted contact’s address.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address provided during checkout. This may take up to 48 hours. A second email will be sent once your order has been shipped, including your tracking number and a link to track your package. If you experience issues with your tracking number or delivery status, please contact the shipping carrier directly before reaching out to us. Tracking updates may take 1-4 days to appear, and in rare cases, tracking may not update at all. However, rest assured that your package is still on its way. International Duties & Taxes
Customers outside the United States are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or additional fees required by their local customs authorities. These charges are collected by the shipping carrier or government agencies, not by Mivourr, and are non-refundable.
We ship international orders as Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU), meaning these fees are not included in the purchase price. The recipient is responsible for paying all applicable charges before receiving the package. Since we cannot determine the exact amount of these fees, we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on applicable charges before placing an order.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. As we aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, there is only a short window of time to request address modifications or order changes. If you need to update your shipping address, please email us immediately at info@mivourr.com after placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate the request, we cannot guarantee that the change will be possible.
If your order has already been shipped, we must wait to see if it is returned to our warehouse. If the package is returned, we can either resend it to the correct address or issue a full refund.
